WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We aim to ship orders between 1 to 5 days depending on the volume of orders we experience at the time or order complexity. Some hair units need more elaboration and time before they are shipped shipped to you. If your chosen items are ready made we will ship within 1 or 2 working days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

This means the hair has not been processed or treated with chemicals, preserving its natural state. The cuticles are intact and aligned in the same direction, which helps to reduce tangling and gives a more natural appearance.
WHERE IS YOUR RAW HAIR FROM?
Our raw hair is sourced from all over the world. We mostly work with hair from Cambodian, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Brazilian, Chinese and Indian origins.
IS YOUR RAW HAIR GOOD QUALITY?
Our raw hair is known for its high quality. It typically lasts longer than processed hair. Since the hair is unprocessed, it maintains a more natural texture and shine, making it blend seamlessly with your own hair.
CAN YOUR RAW HAIR BE DYED OR BLEACHED?
